We will regularly do what other Service Providers will not, that is, to work all night long if necessary to get the job done. Our Company is committed to Customer Service and we will deliver. For example, we received a service call from a local hospital, late in the afternoon that a critical HVAC system was down. We responded to the call, diagnosed the problem and got to work. Although the repairs were extensive and should have taken days to perform, getting the unit on line as soon as possible was imperative, so we mobilized crews to work around the clock. At 6:00 AM the next morning, the Chief Engineer asked for the status of the work and how much longer it would take. We informed him that we completed the work and the unit was back on line. He was so impressed that he said, "Man, you guys are "Workin' Fools' and I love it!" This is what we do regularly for Customers, and we are proud of it. We have been called the "Workin' Fools" so many times that the name has become synonymous with Allison Mechanical, Inc.
